A signed agreement is required by NC law and is enforced by the NC Home Inspector Licensure Board. You will receive an email prior to the day of your inspection with instructions on how to log in to view and sign your inspection agreement. Unless other arrangements have been made, your inspection will be cancelled if the agreement has not been signed prior to your scheduled inspection. 

Prior to starting a radon test, the property owner is required to sign the non-interference agreement stating that he or she will not interfere with the test as stated in the agreement.  Please print, read and sign the agreement prior to the test.
